Volunteer With Us The common bond that connects all Catholic Aid members is our desire to make our Catholic communities thrive and grow for generations to come. The fraternal programs and financial services of Catholic Aid unite in accomplishing that desire. Our main focus is supporting Catholic education and we accomplish that end by financially supporting Catholic schools and religious education programs. Catholic Aid Association has a network of 156 volunteer groups called "Councils" that represent their local members and run fund-raising events in support of Catholic schools and religious education programs, or to support members in need. In 2009, Catholic Aid volunteers held over 14,000 events, gave more than 250,000 volunteer hours and donated over $1,000,000 to their Catholic communities. Catholic Aid's Fraternal department is tasked with helping our volunteer councils and Catholic communities raise money for their parishes through fund raising efforts and grant programs. You'll often find members of the Fraternal team visiting cities and parishes close to your home. Meet the team. Volunteer service is essential in times like these, and there are many levels of involvement through Catholic Aid's council network. Click here for Fraternal Council Resources.
